Lanhi's Intelligent Arch-Anchor Integrated Jumbo is an advanced device utilizing an engineering chassis.    Utilizing Lanhi's patented technology, this device offers two installation methods: multiple prefabricated arches and multiple prefabricated folding arches. These arches are fabricated outside the tunnel, effectively reducing hazardous work time and construction risks, significantly improving construction efficiency. The equipment boasts a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, and both booms can simultaneously perform foot locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations, further enhancing construction flexibility and efficiency.

   In addition, the intelligent arch-anchor integrated trolley is equipped with an expandable hanging basket, providing greater operating space for loading explosives and anchors. An optional grouting system allows for rapid grouting after anchoring. The entire system can be operated by just three to four people, while traditional methods typically require more than eight.

   The equipment also includes a built-in breaker and welder, enabling undercutting and welding during arch installation. Its intelligent design includes cluster management, positioning, video monitoring, intercom, early warning/alarm functions, data management, tunnel BIM technology and digital twins, construction report management, tunnel profile scanning, and remote control.
