The equipment boasts a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, and its left and right booms can simultaneously perform anchor bolting, system anchor bolting, and pre-anchor bolting operations, further enhancing construction flexibility and efficiency.
Furthermore, the intelligent arch-anchor integrated trolley is equipped with an expandable basket, providing greater operating space and facilitating the loading of explosives and anchor bolts. An optional grouting system allows for rapid grouting after anchor bolt installation. The entire operation requires only 3-4 people, compared to the typically 8 or more required by traditional methods.
The equipment also includes a hydraulic breaker and welding machine, enabling under-excavation and welding operations during arch frame installation.
