The results of the second "Sichuan Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award" for 2025 were recently announced. The "Key Technologies and Applications of Integrated Tunnel Arch-Anchor Rapid Construction Equipment" project, jointly developed by Lanhi and Southwest Jiaotong University, was awarded Second Prize for its outstanding technological innovation, breakthroughs, and practical application value. This honor not only recognizes the company's scientific research strength and technology transfer capabilities, but also marks a new level of technological advancement in the field of tunnel construction equipment.
A key technological breakthrough in tunnel construction, the "Key Technologies and Applications of Integrated Tunnel Arch-Anchor Rapid Construction Equipment" project stands out for three key innovations:
First, the company independently invented a multi-frame folding arch installation method and an edge computing method for construction machinery. This resulted in the development of a multi-functional integrated arch-anchor trolley for tunnel construction, enabling the integration of multiple functions such as multi-frame folding arch installation, rock drilling, grouting, undercut treatment, hazard removal, and explosive charging. This solves the existing problem of frequent movement of multiple equipment in the initial support phase of tunnel construction, improving construction efficiency and reducing costs and safety risks.
Second, we invented anti-sticking hydraulic control technology for rock drills and adaptive air mist lubrication technology controlled by electric pulses, improving the efficiency and reliability of rock drilling.
Third, we invented an arch frame clamping arm and a three-section arch frame assembly method, enabling the installation of multiple folding arch frames. Compared to existing separate arch frame installation methods, this reduces the number of workers and improves installation efficiency.
